    I offer discounted packages and a sliding scale for individuals at different stages in life because access to support shouldn’t depend on your income or job title.

    The standard session includes:

    • Session recording

    • Session summary and notes

    • Resources or reference materials, if applicable

    Packages of 6 sessions receive a 10% discount on services. Payment plans are available.

    I also offer Pay-It-Forward Coaching Spots, made possible by clients who contribute a little extra to support others.
